科学技術者のためのプレゼンテーション演習 が今年度も夏期集中で開講します。

今年度は、英語プレゼンテーションの技術、図解化の技術に加えて、英文アブストラクトについての特別講義も加わりました。
授業は対面とオンラインのハイブリッドで行います（実施方法の詳細は履修登録者に連絡します）。
特別講義は日本語で行いますが、日本語がわからない方には適宜通訳します。
履修登録は最大30名程度（希望者が30名を超えた場合は抽選をする場合があります）としますが、特別講義は履修登録者以外も人数制限なくオンラインで聴講できます。

The ‘Professional Scientific Presentation Exercises‘ will be offered again this year as the intensive summer course.

This year, in addition to English presentation techniques and visualisation techniques, a special lecture on abstract writing in English has been added to the course.
Classes will be held in a hybrid style (face-to-face and online. details will be announced for those registering for the course).
Special lectures will be given in Japanese, with consecutive interpretation provided as appropriate for those who do not understand Japanese.
Registration is limited to a maximum of around 30 students (if the number of applicants exceeds 30, a lottery may be held), but the special lectures will be open to every students in Kyoto University.

Tue 29 Aug
 3rd period(13:15-14:45): Special lecture “Abstract Writing in English” by Ms. Yukiko Nakayama
 4th and 5th periods: Improvement of presentation materials based on Ms. Nakayama’s advice
Wed 30 Aug 
 3rd period(13:15-14:45): Special lecture “Visual Design for Presentations” by Prof. Kana Ariga
 4th and 5th periods: Improvement of presentation materials based on Prof. Ariga’s advice
Thu 31 Aug, 3rd – 5th periods: Brush up presentation materials
Wed 1 Sep, 3rd – 5th periods: Presentation in English (Guest commentator: Prof. Judy Noguchi and Ms. Nakayama)
